Sachin Tendulkar meets Roger Federer at Wimbeldon 2011 Sachin meets Federer

It was quite a scene when two living legends of two different sports meet each other. Such was the amazing scene when World's top tennis Player and 14 times Grand Slam Champion Roger Federer met The God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar the highest run scorer in the one day and test form of cricket.

Both players has many similarities between them, both have reached peak of their respective careers, record books are fill with their achievements, both are very polite and both love the sport they play and shows full respect to other sports.

  

These legends met at Wimbledon 2011 when Sachin Tendulkar visited the Wimbledon to watch Roger play.

Sachin, along with wife Anjali, was present in the Wimbledon Royal Box to watch Federer’s third round match against David Nalbandian.

They both met each other after the match and shared a few light moments. According to reports, the meeting lasted for an hour.

Sachin, a regular visitor at the Wimbledon Championships every year, tweeted after the meeting: "Spent an hour with Roger Federer chatting on the balcony of Wimbledon Royal box. What a humble guy!"

"And by the way he knows a lot about cricket!!"
